针对7.0中文版本

 

创建或删除签名

打开Adobe Acrobat Professional -> 高级 -> 安全性设置

选择“添加身份证”或"删除身份证"

选择"创建自签名数字数字身份证" -> 下一步

选择"新建PKCS#12数字身份证文件"

输姓名 部门 单位名称 E-mail 国家

选择数字证书文件保存路径和输入数字证书密码

创建完毕

数字证书的使用

打开需要签名的文档 -> 选择文档 -> 数字签名 -> 在本文档上签名

如该文档以有签名 可以先验证文档 完毕后  选择继续签名

选择 “创建要签名的新的签名域”

确定

在文档上选择一个区域

在弹出的对话框中输入原先设置密码

确定

签名完成

 

For 8.0 English edition

 

Create or delete ID

Advanced -> Security settings -> Add ID (or Delete ID)

Choose “create a self-signed digital ID for use with Acrobat”

Choose “New PCKS#12 digital ID file”

Input your information about the ID

Input your password

Finish

 

Use of digital ID

Advanced -> Sign and certify -> Place signature

Choose OK

Draw a region for your signature

Choose your Digital ID, input your password, and choose Appearance

Sign

 

Make different Appearance of Digital ID:

Write your name (in English or Chinese) on a paper

Scan the paper or take a photo by camera

Transport to PC, convert to PDF file

Open Adobe Acrobat Professional 8.0

Edit -> Preferences-> Security -> New

Input the title, then imported graphic

OK

 

签名完成以后, 其左上角是一个对号. 如有改动, 签名的左上角会出现一个感叹号. 点击签名, 选择 签名属性 (Signature Properties) -> 文档 (document) -> 计算机改动列表 (Compute Modifications List) 就可以看到改动记录.
